When will my order ship?
All in-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days of your order being placed. We try to ship orders out as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship via UPS. Right now we go by the calculated rates provided by the companies and it's based on the destination and the weight of the order.
Do you ship plastic-free?
Yes! Nothing will arrive at your door wrapped in plastic. All of our art prints and mini notebooks are securely wrapped in tissue paper with a cardboard backing, and are shipped in a rigid kraft envelope. We only package prints in compostable clear sleeves if you are one of our stockists. Our tea towels are also wrapped in tissue paper, and are shipped in a recyclable kraft mailer box.
What is your Refund/Exchange Policy?
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please send us an email to email@example.com within 5 days regarding your purchase, including your order number. We will gladly refund you, process an exchange or offer store credit on any faulty item that was overlooked on our end. However, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange for items that were damaged by the USPS.
Gifts - we are unable to process a refund for a product you received that was a gifted to you. If you did not pay for the product, we cannot refund you. However, we are happy to offer an exchange of product or store credit in equal value.
After we've had a chance to discuss the details of your refund or exchange, we ask that you ship your order back before the refund is processed. The shipping is at your expense.

My order says it was 'delivered' but I didn't receive it. Am I able to get a refund or a replacement?
We're so sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do for packages that were never received but show that they were 'Delivered' according to your tracking information. We understand that sometimes mail can be stolen, but USPS insurance doesn't cover lost packages that show they were delivered. Therefore, we cannot offer a Refund or Replacement when this happens.
Do you do custom work?
Sometimes! I am happy to take on custom design or block printing projects depending on my current work load and availability. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Custom Project Request" with details of your project idea and timeline of when you'd wish to have it completed. All requests aren't guaranteed.
Do you ever license your artwork or do collaborations?
Yes, we have licensed our work in the past! We have also done a handful of collaborations as well. However, it does depend on timing, and the nature of the project. It's important to us that we work with companies, brands and others who align with similar values as us. We strongly believe in ethical and sustainable product production. I'd love to carry Freckled Fuchsia in my boutique. Where can I find Wholesale information?
Yay! We love working with Brick + Mortars, online boutiques, galleries, etc. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Wholesale Inquiry' and we will provide the link to our Wholesale site with the password needed to enter, along with our Wholesale terms and other policies if we feel that it's a good fit.
Does Freckled Fuchsia offer the option to sell on consignment?
Typically, we focus on Wholesale relationships and we're working towards solely focusing on that in the near future. However, we do have a handful of ongoing consignment agreements. Please email us at email@example.com with your Consignment Terms, and we will let you know if we feel that it's the right fit for us.
