Freckled Fuchsia is devoted to creating quality handmade goods, and prioritizing customer satisfaction. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to improve your exprience!



Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of your order being placed, unless products are made to order. We try to ship orders out as soon as possible. We are a two women run show, so we do our best to get your order out as soon as we can.



All orders are shipped via USPS from Portland, Maine. Which generally takes 3-5 business days to arrive to you if you live in the US.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping, however, we are not responsible for customs costs or tax duties that may apply. All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, and generally take at least 10 business days. We do our best to ship your order out as soon as we can, but please let us know if your order is taking longer than it should based on the above USPS time frames.



Freckled Fuchsia accepts all major credit cards and Paypal.


Returns, Refunds + Exchanges

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please send us an email to within 5 days regarding your purchase including your order number. We will gladly refund you, process an exchange or offer store credit on any faulty item that was overlooked on our end. However, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange for items that were damaged by the USPS.

Gifts - we are unable to process a refund for a product you received that was gifted to you. If you did not pay for the product, we cannot refund you. However, we are happy to offer an exchange, or store credit in equal value.

After we've had a chance to discuss the details of your refund or exchange, we ask that you ship your order back before the refund is processed. The shipping is at your expense.



We respect the privacy of our customers. Your information is only used to fulfill your order, and will never be distributed to third parties.
